Extra Charge may be incurred with very long or thick hair, because more product will be used in the process.

We have  added a new cancellation, no show, late policy. By booking an appointment you have agreed to this policy. 


Cancellations:

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will require us to charge 50% of the service total.


Missed Appointments:

If a client fails to cancel their appointment or does not show up to the appointment, they will be require to pay 100% of the service total. 


Late Arrival:

We respect our clients time, and ask that they respect ours as well. If a client is 15 minutes or more late, we may have to reschedule the appointment. 

We appreciate a phone call to let us know if you are running behind. 


We understand that emergencies happen, and will review each situation on a case by case basis.
